El jueves pasado (20 de Abril) tuve la suerte de ver a Ladytron en concierto en el Opera House de Toronto, los tickets estan agotados a las pocas horas de haber sido puestos a la venta.
Realmente tenia muchas ganas de ver su show.
El concierto desde el punto de vista musica fue excelente, el sonido era impecable, todo sincronizado sin espacio para el error, desde el punto de vista del concierto en si falto sangre, todo muy frio, nadie en Ladrytron bailo o intento interacturar con el publico.
Rescato el sonido del concierto, hasta me atreveria a decir mejor que el disco.
Le doy un 7 a Ladytron en vivo

Past Thursday (Apr 20) I had the chance to see Ladytron live at the Opera House in a sold out concert.
I really wanted to see them live.
The concert in general was good, in terms of sound I have to admit that was excellent and the organic and digital instruments, voices and lights where just great, regarding the group I don’t think that is a good live show per sei, everything was very antiseptic, cold and with no much interaction from Ladytron to the public.
That’s why I go back to the sound; it was awesome, even better than in the album.
I give a 7 to Ladytron in concert

Hoy “Buscando Nada” en particular en el Goodwill cerca de mi casa vi este CD de KMFDM llamado Nihil, a pesar de que ultimamente no compro musica en formato fisico no podia dejar pasar esta oportunidad.
Creen en las casualidades?

Today “Looking for Nothing” in particular at the Goodwill near my apartment I saw this KMFDM cd entitled Nihil, despite of the fact that I haven’t buy music in a physical format for long time, I could not let go this opportunity.

Lo encontre! por fin puedo afirmar que se puede ser feliz al navegar por Internet sin MS Internet Explorer y no me vengan con que el Firefox es bueno porque no lo es, muchos sitios se ven para el culo y el concepto de ser “original” y putear en contra de Miscrosoft pero defendiendo algo que termina transformandote en lo mismo que odias no me cierra, ademas a mi solo me interesa la calidad sin importar si es MS, Mozilla u Opera.
El tema es que Opera 9 beta me encanta, todos los sitios que se ven mal con Firefox funcionan al dedillo con Opera, el concepto de dejar las zolapas abiertas cuando reabris el navegador, el lector de RSS, el menu contextual que te deja escuchar como se pronuncian las palabras, traducir palabras y oraciones a multiples idiomas, la velocidad para abrir los sitios y fundamentalmente los Opera Widgets lo han transformado en mi nueva forma favorita para navegar Internet.

I found it! finally I can confirm that you can be happy surfing the net without MS Internet Explorer, and please don’t tell me that Firefox is a good way to do it because some of my favorites website look like shit with Firefox and also I don’t buy the concept of talk shit about Microsoft defending a crappy browser that in the end transforms the users in the same thing that they hate. I am only interested in quality and I don’t care if it is MS, Mozilla or Opera.
The thing is that Opera 9 is so far is my dream come true browser, all the websites that look like crap in Firefox look great in Opera, the fact that all my active tabs are still alive after I close and reopen my Opera again, the context menu with speaking capabilities, translation words or sentences, the RSS reader, the speed and the Opera Widgets are the main reasons for my recommendation.

Quien dijo que el Ipod era solo para escuchar musica, podcasts, ver videos y fotos.
Merriam-Webster acaba de lanzar al mercado la version 2006 del diccionario de bolsillo para Ipod.
La interfase parece simple e intuitiva utilizando el click wheel, yo todavia no lo pose en el mio, sigo buscando algun trial o beta para ver si realmente vale la pena comprarlo, la idea me parecio genial.

Who said that Ipod was only for music, podcasts, videos and pictures, Merriam-Webster just released the 2006 version of their popular pocket dictionary for Ipod, I haven’t tried it yet, I am still looking for some kind of trial or beta to test it out before buying it. anyways the idea is great.
